- Two product families offering fully integrated talent
management will launch in 2012
- Customers given industry's widest choice of technology
deployment options
- Additional shared functionality - social collaboration,
e-learning - will also launch in 2012
HRTech, Las Vegas, 3 October 2011- Lumesse has
revealed at HRTech that major new product releases early in 2012
will offer customers an unrivalled choice of technology deployment
strategies for integrated talent management solutions that cover
the entire employment lifecycle. These fully internationalized
releases will leverage the unmatched global and local expertise
that Lumesse has developed in both talent management and talent
acquisition over many years. The strategy will result in the
delivery of two substantially expanded products sets, with talent
management added to Lumesse TalentLink in February 2012 and talent
acquisition added to Lumesse ETWeb later in 2012. Both products
will immediately benefit from substantially enhanced user
interfaces and powerful new analytics, plus later in 2012 shared
new capabilities in areas such as social collaboration and
integrated learning management. Lumesse will fully integrate the
exceptional, SaaS-based learning management technology acquired
with Edvantage Group on 3 October into both product lines.
"We're going to make life a lot easier for companies of all
sizes building fully integrated talent management strategies," said
Matthew Parker, CEO at Lumesse: "First, we're making it easy to
create a fully integrated talent management system that covers the
entire employment lifecycle, with an innovative, intuitive user
experience, by expanding our core talent management and talent
acquisition products so that each covers all key functional areas.
Second, we're making it easy to configure or customize our
technology - as full SaaS, hosted, or on-premises - by giving
customers freedom to choose whichever suits them."
"We're very pleased to see Lumesse making such a strong
commitment to developing its products to meet global customer
needs, enhancing the user experience, and integrating critical new
functionality," said Stephen Cerrone, Executive Vice President,
Human Resources of Sara Lee Corporation.
Lumesse in 2012 will give customers unprecedented freedom to
select a talent management strategy that is aligned to their
specific business needs, user populations, and technology
preferences, without compromising on functional capabilities or the
ability to customize or configure a solution exactly as they want
it. Customers that want a fully integrated, highly configurable
talent management system based on a pure SaaS (Software as a
Service) delivery model can chose Lumesse TalentLink which, in
version 12.0, adds powerful capabilities in HR core, performance
management, and succession management. Additional functionality in
areas such as compensation management and learning management, and
enhanced capabilities in onboarding and contingent workforce
management, will be added in a three releases per year update
cycle. Customers that want a fully integrated, highly customizable
talent management system based on either hosted or on-premises
(in-house) infrastructure can chose Lumesse ETWeb which, in version
11, adds an intuitive new user interface, powerful new reporting
and analytics capabilities, and a more scalable,
performance-oriented architecture. In addition, a future release
will bring powerful talent acquisition capabilities to Lumesse
ETWeb, based on the unmatched global experience of Lumesse in this
space.
Both products will also benefit from integration with new,
social collaboration tools to be launched in 2012, plus extended
learning management technology from Edvantage Group following its
acquisition by Lumesse on 3 October.
"We're bringing together many years of expertise in global,
enterprise talent management and talent acquisition to offer our
customers highly-integrated, highly functional products with a
state-of-the art web 2.0 user experience," added Matthew Parker,
CEO at Lumesse: "But the added Lumesse extra is choice - not just
in how to install, deploy and access our technology, but in how
these products are configured, integrated and experienced by
global, multilingual user populations in companies of all
sizes."
Lumesse ETWeb version 11
Lumesse ETWeb version 11 - to be released in December 2011 - is
focused on the Lumesse promise to be the only global company
making talent management work locally, with extended performance
and scalability, and changes that will drive higher levels of user
adoption and satisfaction, including:
- A substantially enhanced user experience thanks to a brand new
UI that is faster, easier to use, reduces learning time and
promotes exploration and effective use of the depth of
functionality in Lumesse ETWeb.
- Reduced cost of ownership driven by significant reductions in
platform investment, combined with higher performance and increased
scalability, through migration to the latest server, OS and
database technology.
- Advanced, highly configurable yet easy-to-use reporting and
analytics that deliver real, actionable talent intelligence across
global business structures.
The new Lumesse ETWeb version 11 UI extends its support for
major browser variants, including IE9, FireFox 6, Safari and Opera,
and over 30 languages, simplifying rollout across global user
populations.
Lumesse TalentLink version 12
Lumesse TalentLink version 12 - to be released in Q1 2012 -
marks a radical step forward for the industry's most powerful and
user-friendly talent acquisition system with the introduction of
fully integrated, core talent management capabilities including
performance management, core HR functions and succession planning.
Delivered as a true SaaS solution, with its user-focused,
apps-based and highly configurable workspaces, and with
connectivity to the Lumesse Mobile app for smartphones built-in,
Lumesse TalentLink v12 once again raises the bar for productivity,
compatibility and sheer ease of use in international talent
management. Major enhancements delivered in version 12 include:
- A fully configurable, comprehensive HR Core system of record
that captures and displays - to properly authorized users - full
details on each employee.
- Performance management and succession planning - each fully
integrated with each other and accessed through Lumesse
TalentLink's configurable, apps-based workspaces tailored to the
needs of different functional groups - HR, recruiters, line
managers, employees, etc.
- Seamless integration with LinkedIn through 'Apply with
LinkedIn' to deliver a faster, simpler job application process,
plus many other enhancements to Lumesse TalentLink's established
talent acquisition leadership.
- Powerful, fully navigable, interactive organization charts that
allow selection of individual employee profiles and analysis of key
information such as performance plan status, plus a new Workflow
Modeler that allows administrators to build highly-configured HR
processes.
