28 April 2011 - StepStone Solutions, a global
leader in talent management, today announced continuing strong
revenue growth and particularly high levels of new customer
acquisition during the first three months of 2011. StepStone
Solutions signed 79 new customers in the period January-March 2011
and also contracted with 134 existing customers for increased
commitments to the company's products. StepStone Solutions now
serves almost 1,700 businesses in around 70 countries, with well
over a million active users of its Software-as-as-Service (SaaS)
products. New customers were won in the first quarter across all
operating countries.
Matthew Parker, CEO, StepStone Solutions, said: "Our growth and
global success in so many regions is a great start to the year.
Including acquisitions our business grew almost 40% over the
equivalent period in 2010 as a result of both substantial
enterprise wins worldwide, increasing use of our solutions by many
existing customers and a continuing low level of customer
churn."
Among the highlights of the first three months of the year were
the release of the latest version of StepStone Solutions'
MrTedTalentLink talent acquisition product, with major enhancements
to the user experience and the web services API; the winning of a
prestigious award - Best Talent Management Software Provider in
Greater China 2010-2011; being again named as as 'Leader' in
Gartner's 2011 Magic Quadrant for Employee Performance Management;
and major successes announced with global customers such as Banque
de France, RKW-Group, Knauf, and Peugeot Citroën.
