- StepStone Solutions, a global leader in talent
management solutions, has announced the release of version 11 of
its SaaS-based, enterprise-level talent acquisition solution,
MrTedTalentLink. Version 11 includes major enhancements to the
customer experience of MrTedTalentLink aimed at providing customers
with a wider range of self service capabilities on their career
sites. These features offer a wealth of functions and services that
will allow clients to more effectively convert their business and
consumer brands into an attractive career proposition and engage
more closely with their talent communities. In addition, new web
services have been added to MrTedTalentLink's rich and expanding
API to provide seamless connectivity with other talent solutions
such as background and reference checking, timesheet data
importing, and remote update of configuration data. The new
features of MrTedTalentLink v11 are immediately
available for all customers through StepStone Solution's SaaS
(Software as as Service) global datacentre delivery
model.

employer brands, two of the key requirements that come up again and

11 of MrTedTalentLink."
In response to customer demand this version of
MrTedTalentLink also contains enhancements in the area of
accessibility compliance and in search engine optimisation. These
changes lay the groundwork for important new capabilities to be
delivered in the next version, enabling customers to further
enhance the candidate experience and their employer
brands.
As a 100% SaaS solution, MrTedTalentLink also continues to
lead with solutions for connecting seamlessly and effortlessly with
other talent solutions through its API. For example, in this
release new web services have been delivered to support
connectivity with third-party vendors in the selection process
(such as background checking, online assessments, and reference
checks), as well as other areas including configuration
capabilities and import of timesheet information from third-party
clocking systems.
Other new features delivered to customers in
MrTedTalentLink version 11 include additional configuration
capabilities, enhancements in contingent workforce management,
improvements of the user experience, and new functionality for
requisition approval via email. Work was also done to enhance the
candidate portal and support consolidated timesheets across
multiple cost centers and projects.
