Austin/London, March 22, 2012 - Lumesse, a global leader in
integrated talent management solutions, today announced that it was
ranked #1 among the top providers of talent management software in
HRO Today's 2012 Baker's Dozen Ratings. The rankings were based
on independent customer surveys carried out in the first quarter of
2012.
HRO
Today's 'Baker's Dozen' rankings are based solely on feedback
from buyers of the rated services; the ratings are not based on the
opinion of the HRO Today staff. Once collected, response data were
loaded into the HRO Today database for analysis to score each
provider. In order to determine an overall ranking, HRO Today
analyzed results across three subcategories: service breadth, deal
sizes and quality. Using a predetermined algorithm that weighs
questions and categories based on importance, HRO Today calculated
scores in all three subcategories as well as an overall score. The
rankings are based on those scores.
"Customer satisfaction is our number one priority - we measure
it formally four times a year and we use the results to drive our
business decisions," said Lumesse CEO Matthew Parker. "Having the
quality of our customer relationships ranked in this way is a great
testament to the effort that Lumesse people put into our promise to
be the only global company making talent management work locally.
We have great technology, but it's how we work on the ground, every
day, with our customers in local markets that matters to them."
