London, 22 September 2011- Lumesse, a global leader in
integrated talent management solutions, has been chosen by leading
inspection, monitoring and certification services company Vinçotte
to implement its Lumesse TalentLink talent acquisition solution.
Vinçotte will now be able to streamline and take online its entire
recruitment process, including interfacing with payroll
applications to include new candidates in its system as soon as
they are hired.
Vinçotte, with 2,500 employees worldwide, wanted to have all of
its recruitment processes automated. With over 3000 applicants for
around 150 vacancies per year Vinçotte particularly wanted to make
the communication with applicants more efficient and professional.
Additional goals were to reduce the number of CVs that came in via
e-mail, to have all data available in a single system, to automate
the approval flow and to improve employer branding.
According to Stefan Loix, Recruitment Manager at Vinçotte: "Our
hiring process was based on e-mails going back and forwards and
registering applicants manually into a candidate database, so we
wanted to implement a more efficient procedure. With Lumesse
TalentLink all our applicants will receive professional
communications that will enhance our employer brand. The system is
very user-friendly and all contact data, including candidate
evaluations, will exist in a single system. All local HR managers
and recruiters will have access to the system and all relevant
hiring information."
With Lumesse TalentLink, Vinçotte will reduce the number of
administrative tasks in hiring. All jobs posts will be available on
its website and the entire hiring process will become less
time-consuming. Lumesse TalentLink also meets Vinçotte's
requirement for simple and clear management reporting.
Matthew Parker, CEO at Lumesse, adds: "Vinçotte wanted a fast
implementation and the powerful configuration capabilities of
Lumesse TalentLink will let us deliver that. We anticipate a
go-live in October - an implementation period of less than five
months. Vinçotte expects to see a rise in its job and applicant
numbers in the near future and, having replaced a time consuming,
manual process, the time and cost to hire will be reduced
significantly."
