Global aluminium giant Norsk Hydro, chooses Lumesse TalentLink for worldwide talent acquisition

Oslo/London, 29 July, 2011 - Lumesse, a global leader in
integrated talent management solutions, has been chosen by Norsk
Hydro ASA, one of Norway's top three companies, to implement a
global talent acquisition (e-recruitment) system. Hydro is a global
supplier of aluminium with activities throughout the value chain.
The company employs 23,000 people in more than 40 countries.

Hydro's requirements for its new talent acquisition system
included a true SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) solution, the ability
to be closely configured to match its existing recruitment
processes, both internal and external, the capability to work
seamlessly with multiple recruitment sites, and an intuitive,
multi-lingual user interface that would minimise training for its
global HR team.
