Lumesse named ‘Best Talent Management Software Provider in Greater China’ for the second year running

2012: Lumesse has been named 'Best Talent Management
Software Solutions Provider in Greater China 2011-2012' in the
'Best HR Service Provider Awards in Greater China' (The Awards)
organized by the leading publication in the region, Human Capital
Management magazine. This is the second time the award has been
given, and the second time Lumesse has won it.
"As the only major talent management
solutions provider to have won this award, we demonstrate yet again
our promise to be the only global company making talent management
work locally," said Lumesse CEO, Matthew Parker. "This is a
substantial achievement - all of the major talent management
vendors are actively targeting the massive China market and
competition is intense. But we were there early and our team has
done a great job both in building a strong business there and in
creating awareness of our commitment, resources and capabilities in
the region. More importantly our delivery on that promise with both

The HR Service Provider Awards have
been held six times since 2006. It is the largest and most
authoritative awards program in the sector in the Greater China
region, aiming at promoting and encouraging the development of the
human resources service industry. The Awards' criteria include the
service provider's service implementation, business integrity,
brand equity and sustainability. Companies must have been operating
in China for no less than 24 consecutive months and maintaining
healthy growth in revenue and profits to be eligible to be
nominated for the awards.
