Streamlined Talent Management processes in more than thirty countries
The PSA Peugeot Citroen group, a business with 170,000 employees worldwide, is the second largest car manufacturer in Europe. It is present in 160 countries and possesses 16 production sites across the world. They have a portfolio of strong iconic brands and their services span the entire automotive value chain.
Group PSA Peugeot were looking for a provider who has world class tools available to deliver its global policy of human resource development. The aim of their 'Global HR' project was to consolidate the process of HR development and the manufacturer's new Human Resource Information System (HRIS). The main goal was to put the employees at the heart of the development process, to let them become the drivers of their professional development. First, employees have to be provided with motivational careers while meeting the needs of the Group, in a sector that is rapidly changing and, secondly, operational tools need to be provided for managers to manage their teams.
Lumesse was chosen for its proven experience in implementing many international projects and facilitating the implementation of the various talent management modules and the HR renewal process. Through this collaboration, it was possible for the first time to optimize processes for performance management, recruitment, internal mobility, and career planning for executives, technicians and supervisors, in more than thirty countries.
