A case study of modern Talent Management
The Postbank Group, based in Bonn (Germany) is one of the biggest financial suppliers in Germany with 144 billion Euro total assets and 18.000 employees. Their focus business deals with private customers and small/medium-sized companies.
The Postbank is well known for offering its private customers simple, low-cost products for their daily needs. The products offered range from payment transactions and deposit and lending business to bonds, investment funds, insurance policies and home savings contracts. For business and corporate clients, it supports self-employed professionals, freelancers, business proprietors, associations and condominium owners’ associations. Providing them simple and attractive solutions covering the major requirements with regard to payment transactions, financing, investment and provisions.
Main challenges the Postbank solved with Lumesse's Talent Management Suite were managing their very complex and heterogeneous employee data (Tariff, Non-tariff, Civil servant), relatively high HR administration time and low system acceptance and usage of their previous solution.
The reason Lumesse was selected is that they offer an intuitive and user-friendly talent management suite. It allowed Postbank to implement a unified talent management suite – including solutions for core HR, performance management, compensation, skill and competency, career and succession planning and learning management.
